According to “Unikal”, in the last trial, the prosecutor requested that A. Safikhanov be sentenced to 7 years in prison. Safikhanov’s lawyer said that his client participated in the 44-day Patriotic War, consumed drugs and did not participate in their sale. Aziz Safikhanov, who spoke the last words, emphasized that he had surgery after returning from the war and therefore used pain medication.
It should be noted that Aziz Safikhanov, accused of possession of a large amount of drugs, was taken into police custody during the preliminary investigation. The judge announced the verdict upon returning from deliberation. Aziz Safikhanov was sentenced to 5 years in prison after modifying the preventive detention measure.
It should be noted that Aziz Safikhanov was wounded twice during the 44 days of the Patriotic War.
