The Tagansky Court in Moscow declared Google LLC administratively liable under the same article twice in one day. This was reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction on the Telegram channel.
Both violations against the company were drawn up under Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of the procedure for restricting access to information, information resources, access to which is subject to restriction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on information, information technology and information protection, and (or) the procedure for deleting the specified information).
In both cases, the companies were fined 3.8 million rubles each. Thus, the total amount of the fine amounted to 7.6 million rubles.

Among the victims of the case are the television channels “Zvezda”, “Channel One”, VGTRK (TV channels “Russia 1”, “Russia 24”, etc.), “Parliamentary Television”, “Moscow Media”, “ TV- Center”, NTV, “GPM Entertainment Television”, “Russian Public Television”, “TV Channel 360”, “TRK Petersburg”, “Orthodox Television Foundation”, “National Sports Channel”, “Technological Company Center”, as well as as IP Simonyan MS, representing the TV presenter’s YouTube channel Margarita Simonian.
