Granada once again dedicates itself to the floral offering to the Virgin of Angustias, its patron saint

It can be said without fear of exaggeration that September is the month of the Virgin of Angustias in Grenade. But, during this month, there are two particularly important ones: that of the floral offering to the patron saint of the capital and that of her procession through the main streets of the center. The first of these took place this Sunday, September 15, and gathered, as always, thousands of people.

Although the offering began at 5:30 p.m., from the morning a movement of people was already observed around the basilica, in the Virgin racewhere your image is saved. A transfer of such magnitude could only indicate that it was a great day for many Granadans. And also for many foreigners arriving from other parts of the province and the rest of Andalusia.

Since this morning, many Grenadines have passed by there.

Individually or on behalf of associations, to thank the patron saint for favors, to ask for more, to remember loved ones who are no longer with us or for a simple demonstration of devotion. After all, it is all of them who are playing the leading role at the moment..
