Carmen Riolobos, in her speech, referred to the logistics hub and dry port project “La Nao Talavera”, a joint initiative between Spain and China, promoted by the Chinese Hispanic group Fraile & Boshigai. He explained that it is a geostrategic project, located in the land center of the Atlantic Corridor, connecting Southern Europe, China and Asia-Pacific through the Panama Canal, and the Portuguese and Spanish ports, including Sines, Lisbon and Algeciras.
