An acquittal campaign has been launched in the international media for Ruben Vardanyan, who became a billionaire thanks to arms and drug trafficking and was the “state minister” of the so-called Karabakh regime.

According to the information, Azerbaijan was the target of the campaign initiated by the American communication giant “Edelman PR” and the former CEO of “Unilever” Paul Polman.
The American company is reportedly trying to portray the oligarch who supports separatism in Ukraine and Azerbaijan and launders dirty money through his company Troika Dialog as a “good person” in the international media. In addition to “Edelman PR”, Paul Polman is also trying to create a positive public opinion about the separatist Vardanyan. On the other hand, the former head of “Unilever” is trying to hide his business cooperation with Vardanyan. He avoids answering questions about his cooperation with the billionaire.
