Hamas calls for ‘escalation of conflict’ with Israel after bombing of West Bank refugee camp

The Palestinian Islamist group Hamas called on West Bank residents to protest “intensify the conflict” with Israel. Everything comes after the Israeli army bombing a refugee camp in an attack which left at least 18 dead and in which they claim after killing one of the leaders of the formation.

“We call on the people of the West Bank to take to the streets of all provinces with massive demonstrations of anger, to work on conflict escalation and confrontation with the occupation,” said the Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, in a statement.
