The Bloomberg news agency obtained a 14-page document detailing the secret training of Hamas militants in Iran. These trainings teach them a variety of skills, including flying drones and making homemade warheads for missiles and weapons.
No information has been revealed about where and when these records were obtained. However, intelligence services suggest that the recordings were made by one of the militants in training. The document provides instructions for creating molds for the Talash drone and a guide to using the Kian heavy kamikaze drone. Both unmanned aerial vehicles were developed in Iran.
The entries also provide recommendations on placing explosives on short-range missiles, selecting the most suitable type of resin for their manufacture, and methods for camouflaging mines in artificial rock formations. Each training program organized by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for militant groups lasts three to five months and has been carried out since at least 2016.
According to the publication, Hamas terrorist forces in northern Gaza have been active, challenging the Israeli army using mostly primitive and homemade weapons, to which Tehran has provided support.
As Israeli troops and tanks advance through Gaza, blocking supply routes and besieging areas of current resistance, the ability of remaining Hamas fighters to produce improvised weapons becomes increasingly critical.
This adaptability complicates one of the Israeli military’s key tasks: the complete displacement of Hamas militants from the enclave.
An Israeli intelligence official told the agency that the information contained in the notes relates to weapons actually used by both Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists. This confirms the close connection between their military tactics and their methods of war.
Previously, Kursor wrote that Israel has released secret documents revealing details of meetings between Hamas leaders and Iranian representatives that took place several months before the October 7 terrorist attacks. These materials suggest that Iran was informed in advance of Hamas’s intentions, indicating possible cooperation between the group and Iranian authorities.
