And yet, every time a judge called him, he did not show up. Less than two years ago, a judge in Salamanca summoned Feijóo as a defendant to explain why the PP had not called a provincial congress. And Feijoo just didn’t go. He did not show up. This is what the judge told Feijóo’s envoy: “The person who was summoned was Mr. Feijóo, who would have come to tell me: I know absolutely nothing, I cannot inform you of anything, I cannot help you in anything. He is the one who was summoned, the man who is now before me was not summoned.”
