A resident of Yevlakh was deceived while trying to rent a house.
According to Khezerxeber.az, a resident of Yevlakh district, Maleyka Süleymanova, claimed that she contacted the number listed on one of the websites advertising a house for rent. She also paid the owner of the advertisement in advance so that the house would not be sold to someone else. However, Maleyka Süleymanova claimed that the owner of the advertisement deceived her after making the payment.
According to victim Maleyka Suleymanova, although she contacted the woman to make the announcement, it was later discovered that the number did not belong to that person.
In this regard, the Interior Ministry said that some businessmen have placed advertisements on websites for the sale and rental of real estate. However, some of the advertisements posted on these sites do not reflect the truth.
The Ministry advised citizens to be careful when they come across such advertisements, to look at the house on site to avoid the above-mentioned problems and to pay after speaking to the owner.
