The Civil Guard arrested a citizen of Slavic origin for theft of a high-end vehicle, brand Range Rover, which was parked in a private parking lot on the island of Ibiza, more precisely in the town of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia.
As the Armed Institute reported in a press release, the investigation began several months ago when the owner of the vehicle lost the keys believing that they had left him on the beach or elsewhere and that they did not give him any importance.
A few weeks later, when he was preparing to use his vehicle, which had left parked the night before in the private parking lot at your homehe was unpleasantly surprised when he realized it wasn’t there. For all this, he decided to file a complaint with the Civil Guard.
A few hours later, a family friend found the stolen vehicle traveling through Ibiza and driven by an unknown person.
He immediately informed the Civil Guard, who launched a series of investigations, managing to identify the perpetrator of the crime, who, a few weeks earlier, had probably stolen the vehicle keys from the owner, waiting for the opportunity to access the parking lot and steal it.
Once the perpetrator was located in the town of Sant Antoni de Portmany, a man of Slavic origin, he was arrested and brought before the judicial authority.
