The Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) confirmed the conviction of nine years in prison and many more probation for a man who raped a woman while giving her a Cuban Santeria session.

The accused appealed the sentence, demanding a free acquittal by claiming that it was a consensual sexual relationship, although Appeal Chamber of the Criminal Court of the TSJA rejected it, confirming the “full credibility” that the magistrates of the Court of Granada granted to the victim’s testimony.
In addition to the prison sentence, the TSJA sentenced the man to pay compensation of 6,000 euros to his victim.
