In the village of Rüdekanar in the Astara region, a person who acted unethically towards his villager was arrested.
According to Gaynarinfo, a protocol has been drawn up under Article 510 of the Code of Administrative Offences against Shirkhan Babayev, born in 1986, and the case has been referred to the court.
In court, it was revealed that Shirkhan parked his car in front of the door of his fellow villager Kamil (conditional). At that moment, he rolled down the car window and spat on her. He cursed and insulted her for no reason. Kamil complained to the police. The accused was placed under administrative detention for 5 days by the court’s decision.
