Head of the Russian Air Force: “NATO is trying to enter the Caspian Sea”

“The United States wants to create chaos in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, thereby turning the Commonwealth countries into a base for cheap raw materials.”

Oku.Az These words were spoken by Alexander Bortnikov, director of the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSS), in his speech at the 20th meeting of heads of security and intelligence agencies of the CIS countries.

A. Bortnikov continued his speech by noting that the Alliance is strengthening on the borders of Russia and Belarus and is rapidly entering the Arctic and Baltic regions.

According to the director of Russia’s Federal Security Service, NATO is trying to expand its combat capabilities in the Black Sea and reach the Caspian Sea.

A. Bortnikov also referred to the Ukrainian issue. He stressed that the territory of Ukraine has become a meeting place for mercenaries and terrorists from all over the world.

“A ‘shadow’ global arms market has been created in this region, and their transfer to other ‘zones of instability’ is continually carried out.”
