her husband offered to drug her for free on the Internet

He drugged her until she passed out and then propositioned her for free to the men he recruited via the Internet, so that They will rape and abuse her in his own house in Avignon (south of France). After thirteen years, Dominique P. (currently 71 years old) and 51 men (over 72 rapists involved) will be tried for a crime committed in 2011.

The case came to light after Domenique’s arrest in 2020, when he was arrested caught red-handed recording three women in skirts in a shopping mall. French police, searching his computer, found thousands of images and videos of his unconscious wife being raped and mistreated. They found that most of them were in the fetal position.

The woman, who is keeping her identity anonymous, had the option of requesting a closed trial but preferred it to be public. “That’s what her attackers would have wanted,” said Antoine Camus, one of her lawyers.

Dômenique, a former employee of the electricity company EDF, admitted to having administered powerful anxiolytics at night, in particular Temestawithout her realizing it.

The trial against him and others involved will take place in a specialized hearing on chemical submission abuse and will last four months.

The 51 accused have now between 21 and 68 years old and they come from various professions: firefighter, shopkeeper, nurse, former police officer, electrician, businessman, journalist, among them single, married or divorced. The forensic analysis determined that none of them suffer no psychological pathology. However, they determined that each of them was experiencing a feeling of superiority in front of the woman’s body.

Recidivism

The investigation revealed that in most cases, the subjects visited the couple’s home – in the town of Mazan – only once, while ten of them repeated several times, several of them for up to six nights.

In their defense, many claimed to have acted in this manner, believing that it was an act consented to by both the wife and the husband, fruit of their open and “libertine” relationship.

However, Dominique assures that “everyone knew his wife was on drugs without their consent,” so everyone, if they had wanted to, could have left and not participated in the crime.

Strict rules

The men were contacted via the dating site coco.fr (which was closed after the plot was discovered). Dômenique explained in a clear and concise manner the strict rules they had to follow if they wanted to enjoy their wife: do not wake her up, does not smell of perfume or tobaccowarm your hands with hot water and undress in the kitchen, to avoid forgetting clothes in the bedroom.

Domenique, in addition to recording them, participated in and encouraged rape his accomplices to humiliate his wife. All this for free, without asking for money in return.

All these acts were unknown to her until she was 68, when police caught the man she had been married to for 50 years filming the skirts of three girls in 2020.

“A terrible process”

According to the victim’s lawyer, Antoine Camus, “it’s going to be something terrible” since “for the first time she will experience, in a delayed manner, the violations she suffered for 10 years”, having “no memory”. Camus is also defending the three children and five grandchildren.

‘Caroline Darian’, the pseudonym of one of the girls, assures in her book ‘And I stopped calling you dad” who was also photographed naked by her father, without her consent. As well as wondering if she was also drugged at some point and does not remember it, which Domenique denies.
