The insults came in the middle of a message in which Puente responded to the first mayor of Seville in the controversy over the lack of investment in the Andalusian capital from the Government of Pedro Sánchez.

Puente added that the government of which he is part “has not delayed payments for the Seville metro and even less because it is giving everything to Catalonia.” It thus responds to the reflection formulated this Thursday by the first mayor of Seville. in which he hoped “that the money invested in Catalonia is not what slows down for Seville”.

The minister also accused Sanz of wanting to “always confront the territories” and assured that “the pace of completion of Metro works, carried out by the Junta de Andalucía, was delayed, so a commission met during which the payment forecasts were modified”.

That is to say, there is a delay in the payments that the central government must make for the works of the Seville metro, but because, assures the minister, construction of the new line It’s going slower than expected.

“Regarding the payment of this annuity, the Junta de Andalucía has until November 30 of this year to justify the work done which will be paid by the ministry before December 31,” added the Minister of Transport.
