“Therefore, negotiations will begin only when the enemy Israel decides to stop its aggression. To avoid any interference in Lebanon’s sovereignty, the speaker of the republic’s parliament, Nabih Berri, will conduct the negotiations on behalf of “Hezbollah.” said the sheikh.
