The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) say they launched a limited ground operation against Hezbollah in southwestern Lebanon yesterday, on the anniversary of the Hamas attack. As of September 30, operations were concentrated mainly on the eastern part of the border. A fourth division was reported to have joined the fighting.
