Patrick Prior, Head of the European Eurasian Regional Center of the United States of America (US) Defense Intelligence Agency, met with Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, during his visit to Baku.
