The young people of the PP of Madrid close their II Academy this Sunday in El Escorial, designed to train in the purest “ayuser” style, as they say, and lead the ideological battle in the political debate. This Sunday, President Isabel Díaz Ayuso and the president of New Generations of Madrid, Ignacio Dancausa, starred in the podcast “Spain of the Future”. Throughout the Dancausa interview, Ayuso reiterated Aznar’s praise of him the day before and acknowledged the admiration he has felt for the former president since his university days.
The president of the Madrid PP welcomed the “direction” set by Aznar, who said the day before that he felt “very identified” with everything Ayuso does. He recalled his university beginnings and his perception of the now former president of the government: “Above all, I will always be a journalist. Liberal policies are about that, about having certain principles, it’s not so much an ideology, but clear principles and values around life and freedom,” Ayuso said of Aznar.
Throughout the interview, the Madrid president made other confessions, for example explaining why she wanted to become a journalist: “I decided to be a journalist to be free and always tell the truth”; Ayuso recognized him. “Freedom has always been the driving force of my life.”
Ayuso sent a very specific message to the young people of the PP, in relation to the public university and the scams: “There is nothing more cowardly than silence in the face of abuse”. In this podcast, Ayuso spoke about the fight against addictions and drugs, one of his priorities in the management of his government and which was one of the issues that the young people of the Madrid PP discussed in this academy. “Drugs are the greatest source of poverty, crime and destabilization of a country.
