Oscar, Golden Globe, Emmy and BAFTA-winning Hollywood actress and singer Anne Hathaway has apologized to journalist Kjersti Flaa for a rude interview 12 years ago. This was reported by the Page Six portal.
Earlier, Flaa published a fragment of that same interview on his account on one of the social networks. The actress responded to many questions with a laconic “no”, without even pretending to have a detailed answer. The journalist describes this interview as a “nightmare” and invites subscribers to see the full version.
He later posted a video saying he had received an apology email.
“I have to say I was surprised. I didn’t expect her to contact me at all. “I thought she would never watch this video, but she did and she did something really amazing.” —Flaa said enthusiastically.
She did not show the letter itself, but noted that it was long, and Hathaway explained that at the time of communicating with the journalist she was worried about his problems and gave a “terrible interview.”
“It was a very personal message and we decided I wouldn’t share what was in the letter, but I just wanted to share with you what she did because I thought it was absolutely incredible.” – Flaa concluded and added that he offered Hathaway another conversation.
