Hotel emergency call before Liam Payne’s death: ‘He’s on drugs’

Liam Payneformer member of the British group One Direction, died this Wednesday in Buenos Aires after falling from the third floor of a hotel. As confirmed by official sources, the artist would have “thrown from his bedroom balcony”. A death that shocked the entire music world. However, this Thursday we begin to know more details about what happened.

Minutes before his fall, a hotel employee alerted emergency services to what was happening in Payne’s room. Furthermore, the Argentinian media “The Nation” reported that security officers in the Argentine capital received the 911 call. In this call, the following people were alerted: “We have a guest who is on drugs and destroying the whole room.”.

In these same recordings to which ‘La Nación’ had access, the hotel employee asked the police to bring one of their agents as soon as possible and urgently, because “I don’t know if the client’s life is in danger”. “We’re a little afraid he’s going to do something that puts his life in danger,” the hotel employee said.

Despite the emergency call, when troops from Municipal Police Station 14B arrived, Liam Payne was already dead. The police report indicates that those present heard a loud noise in the hotel courtyard.

The head of the Emergency Medical Care System (SAME), Alberto Crescenti, assured, according to information collected by ‘La Nación’, that “He suffered very serious injuries incompatible with life “Due to his fall, meaning we had to confirm his death, there was no possibility of resuscitation.”
