The expert noted that it takes seven to nine hours for an adult to get enough sleep. In rare cases, people can get enough sleep in six hours.
“Some people manage to get enough sleep for six hours, which is an exception,” says V. Martynov.
A neurologist has warned that chronic lack of sleep can lead to serious concentration problems, extreme fatigue and impaired immune system.
