Price increases in the Baku real estate market continued last month.
According to information from the Center for Economic and Social Development (CESD) “Trend”, the price of private houses and land increased by 1.7 percent in October compared to the previous month.
There was an increase in residential buildings and non-residential areas compared to previous months. A monthly price increase of 1.4 percent was observed in non-residential areas.
Residential home prices rose 0.6 percent. Rental prices for residential apartments increased even more – by 2.8%.
