GLS collection point

Automatic delivery
If you prefer another method, you can send the package via post to the address provided by Shein. Make sure to include the tracking number in “Returns Registration” in your Shein account. If you combine multiple items from different orders into one package, you can use a single return label.

– Log in to your account and access My orders.
– Select the command and press Report back.
– Indicate the items to return and select the reason.

Return conditions
Shein has specific rules for certain articles which must meet integrity and labeling conditions. Here is a summary of the return conditions:
– Clothes: They must be unused, unwashed and with labels intact.
– Shoes and accessories: They must be in their original box and without damage.
– Electronics: They must be deactivated and with all accessories and packaging.
– Exceptions: Obviously, returns of underwear, lingerie, makeup, swimsuits without sanitary protection and personalized products, among others, are not accepted.

Withdrawal period and refunds
If you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, You can do this without giving explanations. Simply notify Shein and return the products within the next two weeks. Shein is withholding refunds until we receive the returned items or proof of shipping.
When will you receive the refund?
