La Roig Arena, the future multipurpose hall in Valencia that promotes Juan Roighas signed with Hundred Burgers, which will open a restaurant in one of the locations in the restaurant area. The burger chain, founded in 2020 by Alex González-Urbón and Ezequiel Maldjian, currently has four restaurants in Valencia and three in Madrid.
Recently, the jury of The best hamburgers in the world has named Hundred Burgers as the restaurant that serves the best burgers in the world, praising “its artisanal approach and its constant evolution in the pursuit of perfection.” The ranking they lead was made by the jury after visiting 828 burger restaurants located in 62 countries.
Hundred Burgers, which was powered by Shuttlethe business accelerator belonging to Naval companiesis characterized by the daily artisanal production of all the ingredients of its hamburgers, the baking of the half-brioche bread every morning and the daily cutting of the “dry-aged” Galician blond cow meat for its hamburgers.

In addition to the catering area, where different companies will operate and which will be located on the first floor, the Roig Arena has an agreement with Miguel Martí Gastronomy for the management of a large part of the venue’s catering services: organized events, reception (VIP areas and private boxes) and the main restaurant, which will be located in the second ring of the arena.

Beyond the construction of the Roig Arena itself, complementary infrastructures are being built which will boost the district of Four streetssuch as the recently opened car park with a capacity of 1,034 vehicles; the Les Arts Public School, entirely financed by Juan Roig and opening in 2021; or the future 20,000 square metre public park that will integrate the entire area and will be completed at the same time as the multi-purpose facility.
