Concretely, the Supreme Court unanimously agreed to investigate whether the Attorney General committed an offense of revealing secrets due to the dissemination of information on the procedure for alleged tax fraud of Alberto González Amador, associate of the president from the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz. The investigation against the attorney general will focus on the press release published on March 14 by the Madrid provincial prosecutor’s office. the distribution of which was ensured by García Ortiz himself.
