Veteran Elnur Jafarov, who received 6 bullets and 8 shrapnel wounds during the Patriotic War, spoke to Baku TV about his path in the war.
Elnur Jafarov did active military service after finishing high school. After completing his service, he returned to the military and continued his service as an overtime soldier.
At the beginning of the Patriotic War, he showed great bravery as a Special Forces soldier, facing all difficult tasks. Gazi, who said he was very happy when each village was liberated, said he was injured in the fighting in the direction of Jabrayil.
“I fell 50 meters down the side of the mountain. My partner dragged me out of that area and saved my life. The last bullet paralyzed me from the waist down,” he said.
