The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) asked residents in several areas of Beirut’s southern suburbs to evacuate several buildings, warning that Hezbollah facilities were allegedly located there, Al Jazeera reported, citing an army spokesperson.
“An Arabic-speaking Israeli (army) spokesperson published a map showing several buildings in the neighborhoods of Ghbeiri and Burj al-Barajneh in the southern suburbs of Beirut. Later, he called on people to urgently leave Leylaki and Shuwayfat.” – says the channel’s message.
On Tuesday, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the US ceasefire plan with Lebanon had been submitted for cabinet approval. Subsequently, Israel’s political-military cabinet approved the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon with ten votes in favor and one against.
