In northern Israel, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) recorded the launch of some 40 rockets from Lebanon, the press service of the military department reported. The IDF clarified that the projectiles were launched in two waves on the night of September 11.

The IDF said that on September 11, the Israeli military attacked Hezbollah military facilities in the areas of Hula, Aita al-Shab and Marwahin in southern Lebanon.

A day earlier, on September 10, an Israeli strike on the Al-Mawasi area in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip killed at least 40 people and wounded 60 others. According to Al-Aqsa TV, Israeli aircraft attacked tents near the Osman bin Affan mosque. According to eyewitnesses, at least five rocket attacks were carried out.
