Ilham Aliyev laid the foundations for the Eyvazkhanbeyli village of Aghdam

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his son Heydar Aliyev took part in the foundation-laying ceremony of the village of Eyvazkhanbeyli in the Agdam region on September 19.

AZERTAC reports that Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the regions of Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend, informed the Head of State about the works that will be carried out in the village.

It was reported that the total planned area of ​​the village is about 300 hectares. According to the master plan, this village was designed together with the villages of Shishpapag, Kosalar and Eyvazkhanbeyli, which are close to each other in terms of territorial units.

The village of Eyvazkhanbeyli is expected to accommodate 4,038 people. 1,091 individual houses are planned for this purpose.

Taking into account the number of people who will live here, 88.3 hectares of land have been allocated for the first stage of construction of residential areas. In the first stage, the construction of 427 private houses is planned for the resettlement of 1,563 people. The houses to be built will have two, three, four and five rooms.

It was noted that the village is planning to build a school building, a kindergarten, an administrative building, a flag square, a medical centre, other service facilities and a recreational park. Necessary measures will be taken to ensure employment for the population.
