Brother, the large-scale programs and projects implemented under your leadership in Kyrgyzstan serve the comprehensive development of your country, socio-economic progress and well-being of its people.
Azerbaijani-Kyrgyz relations, which are expanding day by day and have reached the level of strategic partnership, are strengthened by the will and mutual respect of our peoples, who have historically lived in friendly conditions and are linked by unbreakable ties. It is gratifying that our interstate relations have developed and entered a new stage with our joint efforts over the past period. Undoubtedly, our mutual visits and regular meetings have created good conditions for this.
Today, cooperation between our countries is developing successfully in a number of fields, especially in trade, economy, investment and transport. I am confident that with our joint efforts for the welfare of our sister nations, we will achieve the realization of the existing partnership potential, further expansion of our traditional friendly relations and effective cooperation.
I appreciate your visit to Shusha in early July to attend the informal Summit of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States and the discussions we had.
On this holiday, I wish good health, happiness, success in your work, peace and prosperity to our sister Kyrgyz Republic.
