AZERTAC reports that the President spoke these words Ilham Aliyev he said at a meeting with Jabrayil city residents on October 4.
Referring to the reasons for this, our Head of State said:
“Because their occupation of Afghanistan had begun, the war of occupation had begun and they needed us. As long as they remained in Afghanistan, the American president lifted this sanction every year. They fled Afghanistan, in front of the eyes of the entire world, these sanctions are applied again against us. Is there some degree of ingratitude or not?!
