It should be noted that the village of Khidirli is one of the settlements in the Agdam region where construction works are widespread. The foundation of the village was laid by President Ilham Aliyev on October 4, 2022.
It was reported that 5,093 people were planned to be settled in the village of Khidirli, located 3 kilometers from the center of the city of Agdam. The total planned area is 418 hectares. Taking into account the burden of living of the population that will be settled here, 170 hectares of land have been allocated for the first stage of construction of the neighborhoods. In the first stage, it is planned to build 719 private houses for the relocation of 2,951 people to the village.
It was noted that demolition and vertical planning works in the village have already been completed. In addition, ground, foundation and masonry works have been completed for 292 individual houses and exterior decoration for 278 individual houses.
In the village, earthworks and foundations have been completed for 719 private houses, masonry work has been completed for 643 private houses, and exterior and interior decoration work is currently underway. In addition, construction of the central communications system and road infrastructure in the village continues.
At the same time, the groundwork and foundation works for 10 non-residential buildings were completed. Reinforced concrete and masonry works are also being carried out on these buildings.
It was noted that all conditions will be created to ensure employment of the population of the village. Its aim is to provide employment to residents in the fields of cultural and entertainment centers, enterprises for various purposes, economic development facilities, education, management and agriculture.
