The DANA arrived in Castellón and the towns of Illes Columbretes, Vinarós and Benicarló began to experience flooding this Tuesday afternoon. According to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), storms develop and intensify in the Mediterranean and during the afternoon they make landfall scattered along the coast of Alicante and neighboring areas, with some small hail, locally of high intensity and short duration.
