Imagine Dragons will make a double stop in Spain as part of their Loom World Tour, which kicks off on May 31 in Zurich, Switzerland. The American group will play at the Cívitas Metropolitano in Madrid on June 28 and at the Estadi Olímpic Companys in Barcelona on July 1.
Tickets will go on sale this Friday, September 13th from 12pm on Ticketmaster and on the website of the tour producer, Live Nation. The pre-sale will open on Wednesday 11th at 2pm. Ticket prices will vary between 65 and 120 euros. The group will return three years after their last visit to the country, which took place in 2022.
In total, they will visit sixteen European stages, including Estonia, the Czech Republic, Italy, France and the Netherlands, among others. Before that, they will tour the United States and Asia. This will be the tour with which they will present their latest album, Loomwhich they released at the beginning of the summer.
Imagine Dragons began their career in 2009, during the members’ university studies. After several years of playing in small venues, they landed their first recording contract. The band led by Dan Reynolds with Wayne Sermon and Ben McKee gained worldwide recognition with their debut album Night Visions (2012), which includes two of his greatest hits, It’s time And Radioactive. Later they would arrive Smoke+Mirrors (2015), Evolution (2017), Origins (2018) and Mercury – Acts 1&2 (2022).
His latest work, LoomThey released it last June, after a year off the road. After the break, they got back in the studio to compose new songs like Eyes closedwith those who have reflected on the past to catapult themselves into a future in which, as they themselves explain, “stylistic boundaries have completely disappeared and everything is creatively possible.”
