President Ilham Aliyev He delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the Leaders Summit. Speaking about the major projects carried out by Azerbaijan in the field of “green energy”, the Head of State also drew attention to the activities of the forces that prevented the holding of COP29 in Baku.

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres stated that there is little time to prevent climate change and called for increasing the amount of funds allocated for this purpose.
