Police Captain Togrul Nasirli, Head of Publicity and Public Affairs of the Baku City State Traffic Police Department, said that despite repeated warnings, today they still stop their cars on the bike lane and create an obstacle to the movement of this type of vehicles:
“Concerning the video, an investigation was carried out, the driver was identified and legal action was taken against him. I would like to note that according to Article 346.7 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for stopping or detaining “Other vehicles on bike lanes, except bicycles and small electric vehicles: 2 points and a fine of one hundred manats.”
