According to information obtained by Bizim.Media, the police received information about immoral acts against a minor.
Investigations into the incident have been launched.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case has been initiated in the Khazar district police department under the relevant article of the Criminal Code.
I. Mammadov, 20 years old, his brother E. Mammadov, 22 years old, and their acquaintance A. Mammadov, 19 years old, who committed the above-mentioned act, were detained as suspects and subjected to investigation.
Investigations are currently being carried out.
