In Sterlitamak, a man injured a police officer with a knife on the roof of a shopping center. The agents had to open fire. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Bashkiria.
The duty station received a report about a man committing hooliganism in a shopping center.
“The police who arrived attempted to calm the man who was behaving inappropriately and aggressively. However, he did not react and climbed onto the roof of the shopping center. There, the criminal attacked the police officers with a knife, injuring one of them. In accordance with the Police Law, service weapons were used. “The attacker was injured.” – the message said.
Currently, the police officer and the detainee are receiving medical assistance.
