The training camp for conscripts of the territorial troops of the Vitebsk region will be held from September 10 to October 3, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic announced this today, September 9.
“The measures include the recruitment of those who are required to perform military service in the Vitebsk and Orsha regions of the region,” — he pointed out in the apartment.
One of the goals of the meeting is reportedly to “improve the skills of executive committee officials in the formation of military defense units.”
Let us remind you that the system of territorial defence troops in Belarus has existed since 2002. The current training camp is not the first such event for the territorial defence system. In the spring, command post exercises were held in two districts of the Gomel region. At the same time, a ground defence assembly took place in the Minsk region.
