In China, a strong wind blew away residents’ clothes, leaving thousands of people “clothesless.”

Strong winds blew away the underwear of thousands of residents in Chongxing, China.

About this Oku.Az Reports with reference to “The Guardian”.

According to reports, wind speeds reached 34 metres per second after authorities tried to put an end to the dry weather and artificially create rainfall. This has led to unexpected results. The hurricane not only knocked down trees and billboards, but also took with it the underwear that residents were hanging out to dry on their balconies.

Since Chungking is a huge city with 32 million inhabitants, it was an incredible sight: lots of underwear flying through the sky.

Numerous videos posted on the Douyin app (the Chinese version of TikTok) about the incident showed underwear falling from balconies, hanging from trees and dragging through the streets. “Chongqing residents will never forget this extraordinary day,” joked Chinese social media users.
