At least five people have been injured after a woman was stabbed on a bus in the western city of Siegen (North Rhine-Westphalia).

The incident reportedly occurred at around 19:40 (21:40 Baku time – ed.). Three people are in serious condition. According to police, the bus was heading to the Zigen municipal festival. At least 40 passengers were on board at the time of the crime. Law enforcement officials do not consider this to be an act of terrorism.
A large number of police officers are at the scene. The woman was arrested. Law enforcement officials said there was no other threat.
