The German television channel “Sat.1” broadcast of the new “What’s in the Box?” (Was ist in der Box?) was cancelled.

The reason for this decision was Mokric’s joke about Paralympians swimming.
“There are people without legs and arms thrown into the pool, and the last one to drown wins,” he joked.
Following the scandal, the presenter apologized and said he had consulted with Paralympic athletes and other comedians before making the joke. Despite his public apology, the channel’s management decided not to broadcast the show.
It should be noted that the Paralympic Games held in Paris, the capital of France, ended on August 8.
