The mayor of Kaspiysk, Boris Gontsov, addressed residents and warned them that street lighting would be turned off between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. to minimize the presence of people on the streets at night.
The operation of some preschool and school institutions has also been temporarily suspended, including kindergartens No. 30, 32, 16, 15, 11 and 25, as well as KMSHI, as these facilities are located near a military unit and a plant.
All services in Kaspiysk, including emergency and police agencies, are on high alert.
The restrictions were introduced after a drone attack was shot down over the city on the morning of November 6. A 16-year-old girl was injured by fragments of a UAV.
