In Kazakhstan, Russian newspapers are considered “Russian propaganda”

The distribution of Russian newspapers in government institutions in Kazakhstan is a form of propaganda. This is stated by one of the citizens of Kazakhstan, who recorded the video while he was at the Almaty police department, reports newtimes.kz.

The author, who saw a pile of Moskovsky Komsomolets newspapers, expresses his indignation and calls for an end to the distribution of Russian newspapers to the police. According to him, this is unacceptable, especially in the current international situation.

“The editorial office distributes the newspapers independently. At the same time, we inform you that the Almaty police do not practice compulsory subscription to any newspaper.” — police responded to the agency’s corresponding request.

Law enforcement officials asked citizens not to spread information that does not correspond to reality.
