In Kharkov, a 27-year-old man was detained for carving in the street, trying to kill his mother with an ax and threatening to blow up a house. UNIAN reports this.
He did all this in one day.
“The 27-year-old man first cut two people on the street, then went home, where he tried to kill his mother with an axe, and when the police arrived, he barricaded himself and turned on the gas. After that, the idiot set the apartment on fire and tried to commit suicide, but was arrested.” — reports UNIAN.
