In Komsomolsk-on-Amur, young parents brought their two-year-old daughter to death from starvation. The motive is unknown, a criminal case has been opened under the articles “Torture” and “Murder”, reports the Investigation Directorate of the Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region.
“In Komsomolsk-on-Amur, a man and a woman, who lived together with a 2-year-old daughter, used violence against her, deprived her of food and drink for a long time and did not consult a doctor, for which the child died – says the statement.
As clarified by the department, the family was not in preventive registration. Both parents (mother 27, father 29) are local residents, one of them is employed.
Local social media claims the unfortunate girl was an unwanted child. Her parents decided to get rid of her by depriving her of food and water. All this lasted from June to October. The boy died last weekend weighing less than ten kilograms.
