A Kursk court detained a local resident who tried to strangle her own young daughter with a robe belt. This was reported today, October 29, by the joint press service of the region’s judicial system.
According to the investigation, on October 27, a 36-year-old married woman, with three minor children in her care, tried to strangle her daughter with a robe belt. The girl was one year and nine months old. The woman is accused of committing a crime provided for in part 3 of Art. 30, subsection “c”, section 2, art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
“The Leninsky District Court of the city of Kursk detained her for a period of two months.” – says the press service.
According to her, after the incident the boy was taken to a medical center, where he received assistance.
