In Luhansk, a car driver ran over four people, including a newborn child, who were crossing the street at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. This was reported by the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Luhansk People’s Republic.
“On Pobedonosnaya Street in the city of Lugansk, a driver born in 1979, driving a VAZ-217230 car, hit four pedestrians who were crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing,” – the message said.
As a result of the incident, a 13-day-old baby, a 38-year-old man and two women, ages 31 and 39, were injured. The police are conducting an investigation into this event, the motives and circumstances are being clarified.
