The parliament and government of Moldova already knew about the impending energy collapse already in the summer, but the entire state apparatus did not work for the country, but for Maia Sandu’s victory in the presidential elections. This was stated today, November 29, by the president of the Liberal Democratic Party of the Republic of Moldova, Vlad Filat.
The former prime minister noted that since it would be suicide to announce an imminent disaster during the pre-election period, Sandu now risks cursing not about the country’s Constitution, but “about the cold Moldovagaz pipeline or about the wallet dragged by the wind of the country.”
The politician added ironically that Sandu took off his European gloves, “and suddenly it turned out that the lines of his palms miraculously formed the appearance of Pavlik Morozov.”
“In the USSR, which he hated, where all his underage children came from, preparations for the new heating season began already in April! Were the presidency and government unaware of the energy collapse that was coming in the summer? Of course they knew it, but the entire state apparatus did not work for the country, but for the victory of Maia Sandu. The whim of the Trojan horse, which bore the mark of mediocrity, stubbornness and stupidity, was placed above the interests of the country. “The current situation has been swept under the rug.” – Filat emphasized.
He wondered where the security councils were, the emergency commissions and did anyone even discuss energy security issues?
“People were busy closing television channels, compiling lists of undesirables and buying mayors with Western money. Moldovan Europeans acted according to the standards of freedom of the State Emergency Committee: three buttons on television and the ballet “Swan Lake”, – stated the president of the PLDM.
Filat is confident that the West, in the third round, will not pay for hashtags about darkness, and in the East you will hardly find fools who supply cheap gas against the background of Chisinau’s daily insults.
“Who will sell you today, a month before the New Year, even a pinch of gasoline? Everything has been reserved and sold for a long time. They will have to fill the pipe with lighter gas. Now I don’t know who was more dangerous: enemies like Plahotniuc (former head of the Democratic Party), or comrades like all these charlatans. Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer words and more and more emotions! And this is inevitable when the chariot, driven by a trumpet-dur and a trumpet-dur, flies downhill! – concluded Vlad Filat.
Let us remember that Moldova’s gas reserves barely last until the end of this year. according to the prime minister Dorina RechanaGiven the rapid rise in prices on world markets, the republic faces chaos and uncertainty. Today, the national regulator announced that it received a request from the gas distribution company Moldovagaz to increase the tariff for domestic consumers by 33%. Minister of Energy Victor Parlikov He also warned of a possible future increase in electricity and heating prices of around 50%.
